About the race

The Wolfe Island Community Medical Clinic raises money for programs and services for our community by running the popular Wolfe Island Classic 5K/10K Run.

This is a run where everyone is welcome and there are many timed and untimed events for young and old.

The Wolfe Island Classic is part of the KRRA Race Series. Members of KRRA earn points for completing the 5k Race, ONLY.

Things to do while on the Island

Coming to the race? Bring family and friends and linger longer with so many other things to do after the race:

• Bring your bathing suit and jump in the lake
• Head to the beach at Big Sandy Bay
• Browse the shops – Fishtale & the Art Gallery
• Stay for lunch – Spicers, WIPP, Hotel, the Bakery and Fargos General Store.
• Explore the island – rent a bicycle, rent a boat,
• Visit the Old House Museum
• A round of golf at Riverview Golf Course
